All Required Paperwork can now be found by clicking here!
Paperwork is due by December 10th. You must turn in the Agreement form for your age group, and Parents Code of Ethics. Hit the print button or open in the pdf file to print.
First practice is scheduled for January 3rd from 7-9 p.m. at Cuesta. Some additional practices may be held in December. Your coach will notify you on those possible dates and times.
